storage tanks.
Excavation and removal of debris of two previously demolished tanks.
Waste characterization of tank material for RCRA Toxicity Characteristics by TCLP.
Waste characterization for contaminated soil for RCRA Toxicity Characteristics by TCLP.
Excavation and disposal of any contaminated soil with total removal confirmed by
laboratory samples.
Backfilling and restoration (seeding) of tank areas.
